Looking for a good commissioner who makes prop swords?

I need to have a prop sword for Rukia Kuchiki from Bleach made by July. I've only come across two prop commissioners so far and contacted both of them, however received no response from either.

Does anyone have any suggestions of good prop/sword commissioners?

Try asking more commissioners..
That's all anyone can really say other then look on ebay....

You only asked 2 people out of a huge number. My guess is either they are really busy and can't do anything, or they maybe aren't on anymore (I don't know who you asked, some people just don't come on here anymore)

What JasonTerror said.

If you want, post your comission request in the marketplace.

I'm pretty sure you'll get a lot of bites from there. From there it's just a matter of choosing who you want to build your sword.

Major importance! Ask them to display some of their work just to be safe so you can look at their work and judge if you want them or not.
When in doubt, just take the next small step.
With that next step take a deep breath. It calms the mind.
When the mind is calm you realize the best is still yet to come.

You might have problems posting in the marketplace because you haven't reached the minimum post requirements, but don't forget to post a budget if you have one.

it sucks when people don't simply reply with "no" and instead leave you hanging. I am a prop maker and I can tell you it is a tight deadline for a quality sword, especially if you want a fucntional saya to go with it while keeping it slim like a real katana. I'll pm you with some questions to see if I can help you out.
I offer 3 types of service; pick 2:
