Millennium Eye Suggestions?

I'm going to be cosplaying Pegasus for this years Tampa Bay Metrocon, and I have the millennium eye already made, the only problem is I can't figure out a way to stick it on that isn't immediately visible. I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions. All posts welcome. There's no such thing as a dumb idea. (Unless it starts with "Hold my beer and watch this.")

Depending on how heavy it is, you could try spirit gum. I know plenty of cosplayers who use it for getting their wigs to stick to their face or cover their ears, and it's easily removable, but I'm not certain how much weight it will support.

It's practically glue, so spirit gum should work so long as all surface area is connected to the face.

You see, I thought the same. The eye is made of sculpey and is relatively light, but I've heard horror stories about spirit gum getting caught in eyelashes. I tried hot glue earlier today and it held alright, but I could do a lot better. I thought maybe glue dots. Any thoughts on that?

What about a monocle? all you would have to do is paint/print the design and as long as you keep the muscles around your eye relaxed it should stay in place.

Fishing line could work. Tie around your head BEFORE you put the wig on, and the hair should cover it.

I already have the eye made, and I want it to look realistic. I tried to fishing line, it's very unsightly.

Double sided tape? it's less adhesive than spirit gum, so you wont have to worry about it sticking to your eyelash and eyebrows as much. Although you could still work with the monocle idea just get a plastic clear disk/lens with no frame and glue the eye to it.

That may work, I'm thinking the monocle route will be a last resort. The double sided tape thought does seem like a good idea. I don't know it they make double sided tape differently but I tried sticking regular tape and the eye and it didn't even want to stick to it.
