You're about an inch taller than me and I'm in the 150-160 range at roughly 10% bodyfat and a fair amount of muscle.
I'm pretty certain you won't be anorexic going under that, but with that said:
150-160 is a realistic and obtainable goal, one which I applaud. A lot of people will set unrealistic goals for themselves, based on elite athletes, some of which take drugs, or Photoshopped pictures of girls on the cover of a magazine. Setting goals based on those are an easy way to get discouraged.
Once you get to the 150-160 range though, and obtain your goal, you'll see what I mean, and then you may be able to make a new goal at that time.
