Current weight: 163lbs
Time: ~3 months
Inches lost: 5-6 overall (has been a couple weeks since my last measure) out of 12 inch goal
Goal Weight: 140lbs (sorta, just a relative goal, more concerned with appearance and measurements than weight due to muscle)

Woo! I can live with ~5lbs/month or so, and ~2 inches/month.

My goal is more related to my measurements than my weight, but if I can get smaller than the goal, that's awesome, too. I'd like to reach my goal by January, and I'm already going to look way better than I had at Otakon in August.

Been stuck at around 132 to 136 lbs..
I've lost around 90 lbs from my starting weight 2 and a half years ago. I wouldn't mind being 132 but I really need to find tricks to toning. x__x hope everyone is having better luck.

So I haven't done this before.

I gained a lot of weight after losing my mom and sister a few years ago, and this year it hit me just how bad I had lost myself, I would look at photo's and just not like them and then I changed my location and my roommates wanted to go on a diet so I decided to jump on board, this was back in February. I haven't done any working out as of yet, but I really plan to. I cut out fast food and soda for the most part (Except at cons).

Height: 6'2
Starting weight: 315 (when weighed in February)
Current weight: 279

my goal by the end of the year is to be down to at least 230-240. Hopefully I will be starting a workout routine soon ^.^

Current: 155 lbs
Goal: 7% body fat (Idc if this is at 140 lbs or at 160 lbs and I've just put on more muscle; lbs isn't important to me. Trying to lean up and gain muscle; New Year's resolution was 7% body fat, so even if I only have it for 1 day then go to a buffet and ruin it all afterwards, I want to hit that goal)

Just hit my official 3 years today, so here's a pic of start and each subsequent year

My unofficial 3 years, however, is in October (since July is when I said I was going to start; October is when I actually started/remained consistent)

Congrats dear to achieve your goal. That was a great work, You have done. I have lost 30 lbs in three months and want to lose more 10 lbs. But now, I think there are too difficult to lose last 10 lbs. Have you any idea or suggestions? If you have then please post here. It will be really appreciable.

Short term goal [08/31/13]: 150
Long term goal: 130

Things changed since weight loss began: Started eating less starches but not completely cut, dropped soda, started eating more veggies, cut out fast food other then small subway meals and Luby's small plate with healthy sides, as well as doing about 30-50 cruches a day, and doing 30min-1hr dancing a day.

I'm doing ok for now. I'll be weighing every friday in the middle of the day which is when I normally weigh.
