Hey dudes! In case you didn't know, National Dance Day, created by the Dizzy Feet Foundation, is July 27th. Dance is a great way to get in great shape! The dizzyfeetfoundation youtube channel has uploaded two routines, one for everyone including those who have never danced a day in their life, and a more advanced hip hop routine for those with a bit more experience.
National Dance Day falls on the Saturday of Kintoki Con, and I was thinking of hosting a cosplay dance gathering! Participants in NDD send in their footage of them and their friends/group/gathering dancing and the So You Think You Can Dance judges review it, make a montage, and play it on the show. I think a cosplay dance gathering would be unique enough to make the montage, and even if not, it's all about having a great time and getting up and dancing to prevent obesity and other diseases connected to a sedentary lifestyle.
