Baking Clay time

how long do you put baking clay in the oven for? im making mikto suoh's bolo tie if that helps with how big the pieces are. thanks

There should be a guideline on the package, and every major brand of polymer clay has a website with detailed instructions. It does vary from brand to brand and even specialty types within a brand.

That said, knowing if your oven is "slow" or "fast" makes a difference, as does how long you let it heat up before inserting the item to bake. You can always put undercooked clay back in the oven longer, but you can't undo burned clay.
