Interest of full disclosure I did not get Insanity done for Sunday, I did a pretty awesome even with the Great Lakes Base and The Ohio Garrison though, and I've just got a nasty headache... so I can't get jumping jacks to work right.

Gonna down another 32 oz of fluids and try to sleep it off with some ibuprofen.

Finally started Insanity back up last night after work, and wow, my muscle strength has deteriorated phenomenally in this past year of battling UC. I got up at 5am today to do Insanity before work, and man, I feel awesome! Physically this may prove to be a challenge, but Insanity first thing in the morning makes me feel better than just about any other workout I can think of. Looking forward to getting stronger each day (:

I fully welcome anyone to post in here, and in fact have considered asking the mods to rename this to "The Insanity Thread," given the number of people who have expressed interest.

This is a very inspiring thread! I'm working out for "cosplay season" and I just finished my first Insanity workout test and this is what I got:

Switch Kicks: 45
Power Jacks: 18
Power Knees: 45
Power Jumps: 14
Globe Jumps: 5
Suicide Jumps: 7
Push Up Jacks: 10
Low Plank Oblique: 15

I sucked but I'm going to keep on working out and keep on improving!
