Smile Face Paint for League of Legends

Hey Guys,

I have a few questions about face paint. I am cosplaying Soraka in her Celestine skin form from League of Legends. I have never used face paint before, well when you apply blue face paint, you either A. look like a smurf or B. look like a blueberry?

So I would like to know is there any youtube tutorials or advice given my face some highlights and shadows (basically contouring) too my face. Or any advice at all? Also What colour blue, a light blue?

Thank you Guys, you rock xoxoxox

Your best bet is do some highlighting, contouring, or both. There are numerous tutorials and guides online on how. It's also going to depend on your features, and where you place everything.

If you're using blue makeup, you can mix it with a little bit of white to make it lighter, or dark blue to make it darker (black might also work, but you'd need less). Eyeshadow could also work, but it's best with water-activated makeup (after it's dry). Hope this gives you some ideas!
