How to make garrus cosplay

Someone pleaseeeeeeeeeeee help me out. I freaking love Garrus from Mass Effect. I want to cosplay him. I never made armor before but I want to learn. I found some sites that can help but I need more detail. Some of the sites don't give a complete list of things needed to start and skip parts. I'm trying to learn how to make the armor and mask. I would so appreciate the help.

Well I'm no expert but I can definitely say that instead of a mask you might want to go the way of prosthetics. That way your face will come across more realistic and less stiff.

I was part of the team that made Garrus for a Bioware promotional event and we used PVC foam for the armor and the head was cast from Latex or Rubber (I can't remember specifically).

I later used the same techniques on armor and weapons once I was making stuff solo. Here is the technique for casting

Here is the technique for armor (PVC foam).
