Why the nudge? Is there an unanswered question? I thought it was resolved after your design came out so well?

I wasn't sure that it had turned out well. Or I wasn't sure if there was any way I could improve it. I guess I was unclear.

I like Penlowe's suggestion of putting the pattern on the stabilizer and working back to front, but mostly because I have no experience with disappearing ink products (how well do they work on shiny satin?).

disappearing ink does vary depending on the fabric, but the pens designed for fabrics are quite nice and I have used them on a wide variety of fabrics successfully. I wouldn't use it on silk or wool blends, but cotton, polyester and those blends (even shiny varieties like satin) they are really good.
