Cardio/Exercises for Sensitive Feet
I was just wondering what you guys would recommend for exercise in my situation.
I have hyperpronation in my feet so standing/walking for periods of time frequently causes arch/ankle/back pain. When I was really adamant on getting into exercising, I went out and did some interval jogging for 30 minutes and for the next five days, a new part of my feet/legs severely hurt each day. I know no pain, no gain and all, but it's really discouraging when I'd have pain that long.
Any advice on exercises to help with cardio as well as build stamina and endurance?
