Hey, I had a little question c: Since a little more than a month I started doing some basic exercises (plank, squats and push ups).
Although lately I have had a quite a sore back? When I'm around 30-40 seconds of plank it always start to hurt. My back and belly muscles aren't really strong and I might have a slightly hollow back (another reason why I wanted to do that exercise), but I don't think it's normal that it makes my back worse? :')
Any help would be appreciated!
