Question headset for helmet or under no face mask

Hello all,

I believe this is where this question goes. I have a helmet and I want to be able to hear phone calls while on the con floor. Biggest issue for me, since my phone is in my pocket sometimes I don't hear it or feel it. So I have some ideas to rectify this but I'm looking for more ideas. Otakon is only in a couple of days and I want to try it out there.

So this is my ideas so far:
Lg Tone - wear it around the neck hopefully hear it then take off helmet and answer.

DIY Motorcycle helmet bluetooth headset - build it into the headset, my worry is that it will be too loud and everyone will hear my conversation.

Some king of ear wig - able to wear it under my mask, hopefully comfortably, only negative i see is that I won't be able to hear in that ear.

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time.

Why not just an ear bud? or do they not work that way? (I can't wear them, I have issues...)
But if ear buds will work it's the closest fitting thing to sit comfortably under a helmet.

My Etsy shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/penlowe I make non-fitted custom things to ship within the continental US. I only do fitted garments for those whom I can meet in person.

Would those new wireless earbuds work for this? I think they're pretty pricey but that might be an easy solution.

if the inside of the helmet dont press your ears the cheap option is ear buds

another but probably expensive option is a "conductive" headphones
they use bone vibrations to transmit the sound to your ears
they are also somtimes refered to as cochlear headphones but i dont think its proper usage
(thier using the term for promotory effect)
