Hey! I have a 34D/C chest *depending on the bra...yea it is weird i know.* and Although I usually use taipe for binding and it works well I was wondering if a binding vest would be better. What size vest should i get? I want to try and make my chest as flat as possible. I usually don't have too much trouble with getting it down but it shows with tighter shirts. And I cosplay Shuuichi Shindou alot so...yea XD his skimpy outfits for the future might just require tighter shirts. any help? or advice

I was wondering, on http://www.underworks.com/997.html, when they they talk about size (example: Small 32-34), is it the size(32-34) of your chest ?

sorta yeah, just follow these instructions to figure out what size you are.
Instructions underworks sent me:

"Sizing Instructions for Full Chest Binding.

With a tape measure, take a snug measurement under the bustline.
Then take another measurement over the fullest part of the chest over the breasts.
Take the average of the two measurements and apply this to the scale for the item provided on the site."

I'm the same size as you (I also get the C/D bra problem XD) and I have the TriTop compression vest from underworks. It's impossible to get totally flat, but it really makes a difference. I used it for my Honey-senpai costume and I felt like it really helped! I bought a size L. I probably could have been okay with a M, but it still works well and I can get it on and off without someone's help.

Hi, I'm new to cosplaying. Only done it a couple times. I did an unfinished Sailor Moon(didn't have the boots. I was so sad. T_T) and I cosplay as Roxas(love him!). I wish to continue cosplaying as him and the occasional other guy but I have large breasts, size D(trust me, I hate them) I was wondering if there is any good method to making me look smaller so its easier to cosplay as guys.

I'm only a 36B, is it really that unsafe to use ACE banadage? I'm going to be crossplaying as Canada and I used a small sports bra + ACE banadage and it went down well, and I personally had no problems breathing. I mean, I passed this onto my friend who's like a tripleD, and she's going with the compression shirt method. But I'm nowhere near that gifted in that area
(Picture = http://c1.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/i...27ceb6d5d8.png on the right )

So would it be okay if I just kept with the ACE method or am I putting myself at some kind of risk here? And I want to double check, cause I do have asthma + a heart disease, so if it's really that dangerous...

those of us with smaller breasts don't necessarily need a vest. your method is just fine.

I would switch to elastic (make sure to pre-wash it) instead of ACE.

The cost is minimal ($3/y at JoAnn's), and the benefit is that you do away with something that has the possibility of causing broken ribs and other problems.

Hii~ I've never crossplayed before and need some halp~

I'm planning on cosplaying Hiiragi from .hack//GU
(Fabulous girly gay men ftw!)
Here's a reference of his outfit: http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/do...26/Hiiragi.jpg

I need help on getting like, nude coloured bindings or something? I don't want to use a nude dance leotard or camisole like some people have suggested, but more like, a nude...flattening boob...bra thing? "orzzzz

Anyway, here's an example of a Hiiragi cosplayer who has the kind of bindings I want...
http://img136.imageshack.us/img136/6161/bindingsplz.png

I'm not sure if those are bandages or she used them to cover up a training/sports bra. (Since there's a visible clear bra strap)

Please help a newbie crossplayer! >.<;;
