Elesa (Pokemon Black White 2) Cosplay Help
I want to cosplay Elesa (her Pokemon Black 2, White 2 version).
I got how to make everything, but the jacket. Any suggestions on how to make the jacket? Thank you so much in advance!

I have a friend who did this cosplay, but I am not sure how she did the jacket. I can ask her and find out for you if you'd like.

I asked my friend and she told me all she did was find a "puffy" jacket pattern and slightly modifiy it to have the right number of "puffs" to the sleeves and torso. She stuffed the "puffs" with fiber fill to make them stay puffy and she didn't bother adding a zipper since the jacket never really closes.
I don't know how much that helps you, but I wish you the bes tof luck.
