panty's angel outfit (fabric choice)
i have a ton of white stretchy fabric just gathering dust p:
it's probably better to use something that *isn't*, but as i don't need this fabric, why not? sorry for not having an image the computer i'm on really doesn't want to load google images today. but it's a whie halter top/bikini top type thing with a fluffy short skirt it isn't super stretchy but it does have some its also decently thick (not see-through) |

I little stretch is okay for Panty's top, but I wouldn't recommend it for her skirt honestly. When I made the costume for my friend, I used all dull satin. It drapes better and had a better look. But you are free to use whatever fabric you want honestly.
