(Cant do The summoner, or the Condense Horns (can you imagine how hard it would be to ship it?!))

While yes, this post does violate intellectual property law, I did notice something while reading your "salesfaq" out of curiousity.

Commissions of other media (plush, costumes, figures etc) are allowed under copyright law, no matter what the owner of said copyright has to say about it. Once again, this is "commissions" requests for a specific item or thing that an artist makes for them. The transaction is customer to business, not business to customer. All commisions, no matter how small are works of intellectual property in themselves, which means that they as well are protected as long as they do not infringe on the business practices, capital, etc. which commissions *1 time requested pieces* absolutely do not.

If that was the case i would have been sued into the ground by now for making commissioned sculptures of existing video game characters and star wars armor pieces.

It's not a legal issue, it's the will of the intellectual property owner, and this site follows the rules he has outlined. It's been discussed to death, nobody really likes it, and this sure isn't the place for it :P

Exactly.

And Hussie doesn't want profit being made from his web comic.
Since what I have heard; he has found someone to mass produce horns.
So yea you can't make them. Only one girl had permission to make Homestuck horns and her rights were taken away since Hussie and his girlfriend (who is a real nit pick with these guidelines) since they found someone to mass produce them. Not yet anyway but in the near future.
