Let me see how a friend of mine is making them - have you considering making leggings using a pattern and doing the stripes out of another color?

I actually made mine with a modified pattern for pajama pants :P Since I'll be debuting her at a colder convention, I used arctic fleece, since it's got two-way stretch. (Remember it's flip-flopped because of the mirror~) I also love it because the minty fleece is the same I used for the hoodie! I'm sure spandex would also work wonderfully

LadySasha: I concur with MamaAustra on the wig, although it's a really odd color 0.o Not quite olive, not quite light green or jade. Personal choice, there As for fabric, have you thought of layering tissue lamé with cotton? It'd look awesome, and wouldn't cost too much. Plus, if there's a Joann's near you, they're having a 25% of total purchase sale

Looks like metallic spandex to me. As to wig colour Emerald Green or Light green dyed slight darker would be my choice.
