It has been quite some time since I posted on this forum, but I am back stronger than ever with the latest Video Game Fitness Program routine. This routine goes over a Beginner and Hero routine for the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Sitting - preferably on an exercise ball - strengthens posture, lower back and burns calories
Push-ups - 10/20/30
Squats - 10/20/30
Sit-ups - 10/20/30
Add on at your own discretion
ACTIVATE/OPEN ANYTHING: Burpee
PICK UP: Low Squat - Touch controller to the ground
CLIMBING/SWIMMING/RIDING/GLIDING: Hold a Calf Raise/Do Calf Raises
Intermediate: Chest Jumps/Squat Pull-ups
COMPLETE A TEMPLE/TOWER:
Beginner: Traversal Sit-Ups
Advanced: Roll outs
IN CUTSCENE: Jumping Jacks
IN A MENU: Hold a Plank
