so i am doing three costumes this year, all spanning rather different mediums and character genres.

I am also doing Nepeta from Homestuck. I have her costume complete, including a redone hat. I have to fix up her horns a bit, however. They keep breaking off.

I am also wearing Daniel from Amnesia. he has been....difficult. my costume is still being tailored and i have a fitting on the 18th. i have finished his lantern and journal, but i need to find a way to attach things to my belt and practice hair straightening and makeup.

After AN I'll be doing a write up on the flames. There more Art the Science to make. lol The flame horns light up too I just could not afford to to the wiring system on the tail

Sadly I was working on Joker from Black Butler, however, emergency surgery got in the way, and the costume wont be done in time If Im feeling up to it, I will be bringing a costume for the masq, but other then that, I will be rewearing:

I will also be trying to turn myself into a Ball Jointed Doll for Doll North....lets see how that goes, LMAO

been working on my wig and the last bits of sewing on my erogami from B gata H kei. gonna start the staff next. I'm considering adding aviator sunglasses and a handlebar moustache because i'm a dork like that. i'm not sure if it's too rare a cosplay to start moding it though.

With my stone now glued to a clip, I declare Ren to be 100% finished ^^ Now to relax a little and just do the Flame Regalia for Spitfire (will take a day at most!)

I finished Artemis' shoes and belt, and got the arrows painted, finished Joker's wig (I never want to sew so many wefts again!) and necktie, and I can't really remember if I did any more work than that...D8;; Anyways, that means my brother's Joker cosplay is done.
Tomorrow I'll finish up the rest of Artemis ~ Then I've just got the bow and wig left!

Took the better part of two days, but all the pearls are on the back skirt of my dress (I wanna say there is probably around 1,500ish on the skirt...possibly 2,000...I dunno, it's a blur at this point)

Still have more bead work to do on the white ruffles, gold ruffle, and bodice, and crystals on other parts and then a few minor sewing things left (closures here and there, finishing up edges and hems, sewing down the drapes on the back) but I'm hoping to be done in the next few days (or at least I better be...cause after Tuesday I work every day till I leave for AN)

That's actually pretty cool, and I agree with the flames - nicely done!

Added the Bondo to the mask and have to sand it tomorrow(gonna let it fully harden) - also shaped my chest armor, added several diluted layers of glue to strengthen the foam then primed and painted it a gun metal color.

That leaves finishing up the leggings, looking for gloves, the robe and then of course, finishing the mask for sanding/painting. Pretty excited ! If I keep up the pace, I'll probably be done by next weekend with a week to spare to add little things or fix up potential blemishes and to also help out my friend do his Eldar Warlock costume.
