Google Images search for official art, screen shots from the movie, and fan art. Fortunately, there's no shortage of reference material out there for this character.

This one seems to be really common: Body turned about 30 degrees away from camera, head turned mostly toward camera, eyes pointed at the camera, far hand clasping near forearm behind the back, shoulders pulled back slightly, braids falling over shoulders to the front, gentle smile, neutral eyes.

Practice in the mirror. Practice with a friend with a cell phone or point-n-shoot.

I've got some ideas on how to pose for Sailor Venus; but I'm not sure about, erhm, kissy face. This could be an idea because she is the senshi of love and beauty, but I know a lot of people don't take too kindly to kiss face, myself included. Not sure whether I should use that for Venus.

Practice in the mirror; find good light and practice with a friend's phone camera.

The thing about kissy-face pose is that it's one of the few expressions that you DON'T really want to exaggerate. Practice with your lips in the mirror - too exaggerated of a pucker will look weird and unflattering.

Yeah I practiced a bit, and it doesn't look horrible, but it's something I can easily pass on even if that's her character so it's not really needed.
I usually assume kissy face is usually something that's not flattering in costume or not.
Thanks!
