9 months until Otakon! Time to start fixing up Ace/Anne.
Question: Should I stick to using Ace's original arm tattoo or should I it change to fit Anne? (If I do stick with the original then I will hoping that someone cosplays as Ivankov.)

Soooooo would anyone be willing to reschedule the Saturday shoot to noon? I have a 9am shoot and..I was only askin because the costumes sis and I are planning would take sometime to get into and we don't wanna miss the shoot since we've gone to the shoot every year we've gone to Otakon! I could probably throw my costume on quick..but when you wanna apply a bald cap, side burns, and a fake nose and chin..might get a little tricky xD so I just thought I'd ask!

Hey guys! We should definitely get working on setting up our shoot plans! I was one of the people who helped run the shoots at the convention last year! I would gladly volunteer to do so again this year!
Last year we had:
As of right now I know Ichigogami will be hosting the dinner again. Does everyone think we should stick with these shoots? Should we add more/different ones? Should we drop a few? What are everyones thoughts on this?

That schedule sounds fine to me, if anything maybe move the saturday one to 12pm.

The only problem with moving it to 12pm is that it has been at 11am every year for the past few years. We talked about the same thing last year. Some people who attend the shoot every don't check cosplay.com and just come to the traditional 11am shoot.
