Cosplay Photoshoots -- Otakon 2013 -- Baltimore, MD
This is it, guys! Otakon 20! And I'm offering shoots once again! I won't be offering nearly as many as I did this time... I totally burned myself out last year!
Total of 9 spaces each! Three on each day -- You can schedule any time you want (no earlier than sunrise, please...), as long as I'm available for that time. I'll keep this post updated on what my schedule looks like.
**Last shoot of the day is at 1900 (7:00pm) on Friday, 1800 (6:00pm) on Saturday, and 1500 (3:00pm) on Sunday.
Saturday: (Closed, but I CAN add a 7am shoot if anyone is up to it)
I am requiring photo releases for my shoots, both in-state and out-of-state conventions. They can be completed on-location electronically, or you can download and print the forms online and bring them to the shoot. However, if you are a minor (under the age of 18), you must complete the paper form.
The PDF forms can be found on the links at the bottom of °rzPhtgrphy.com
So You're Interested in a Shoot?
Send me an email at email@example.com
with your preferred day/time (pending availability), what you (or your group) are cosplaying, and how many will be participating. I'll respond asking to gather further information for the purposes of pre-filling an electronic model release form (provided the participant is of legal age to sign it on-location at the date of the shoot). Feel free to submit ideas such as poses, specific shots that you want, and locations as well!
I have a flat rate of $25 per shoot for up to 3 people. For larger groups, please contact me so that we can work out the details.
Payment is expected to be made prior to the shoot.
Following the convention, I will begin uploading pictures onto deviantArt and onto my Facebook page. Earlier shoots will take priority, and are uploaded as they are completed. Please be aware that due to the volume of shoots, your pictures may take up to one month to be posted.
We all know that not everything goes as planned, and sometimes you have to modify your schedule at a con. If you must cancel a scheduled shoot with me, please give at least 24 hours advance notice so that I can open up your slot for others who are want to shoot with me. "Late cancellations" and "no call/no shows" will get last dibs on future shoots.
