Hello to all the people who love Warhammer cosplays as much as I do.

I have a really troublesome decision to make and I feel the more 40k-ish minds would contribute, the more likely I am to find it. So the deal is, this female Kommisar is going to be my very bold project, and I want to polish things, firstly colour-wise. The left one is my default idea which I can't stick to, and the right one is up for your creations. The outside of the coat must stay red and hair/gloves/boots white, all other colours may be changed.

I will be really thankful for any ideas, you may even download, colour and repost it.

P.S. ignore "me gusta" faces and other weird things. This model primarily concentrates on colour scheme rather than details.

I personally like the white and black contrast, and the detail on the back of the great coat will look great too.

However I don't see a Commissar not wearing any armour or flak weave or something along those lines underneath the pads on the legs.

I did imagine her with a chainsword held high and a bolt pistol in the off hand.

It will work I think, just I think the legs need more armour.

For the weaponry I'll probably be going for a sword (not a chain one) and a bolt pistol.

Depends which foam you want to use, foam mat would work great,

I worked with it for few props and projects and it works well once you heat it Just be sure to use a strong glue, other than hot glue, because yes hot glue is fantastic but not strong enough for thick foam =/ I saw Mass effect armors made out of foam ! it's very awesome !

Showed this thread to my AN buddy - he's a nut for Warhammer 40k. This upcoming con, he's trying to finish his costume (an Eldar Warlock) while I'm doing something star wars related. In a future con, the both of us agreed to do a group costume skit for Warhammer - he'll be going as something from the Space Marine factions. I think I recall him saying considering a Librarian or something of that sort. I'm looking at going as Cyrus from Dawn of War. Lovin' me a big ol' sniper rifle.
