Lightbulb Securing the head - Helmet Help

Long story short, I bought some heavy cardboard tubing and made a helmet out of it. Problem: my head moves around too much inside (also helps that there is heavy antlers on the top of the helmet. Ideas to secure my head so it doesn't move around inside?

Please note I am on a budget here.

Do you have photos? Or at least a helmet?
You could add a helmet liner to the inside, or you could pad it with foam in the right places so that it sits tight on your head.

I padded the inside of my helmet with craft foam I had lying around to achieve a snug fit to my head. Hope that helps.
