How to build a mecha costume

I'm working on a second mecha costume. I've already made pieces for the lower torso, thighs, and legs. I have his feet, upper torso, arms, and head left to work on. If anybody has any advice on making mecha costumes or any other robot costume. I would greatly appreciate it.

This is the mecha I want to cosplay.

"any advice" is too broad and vague a request. We do better with "how do I do X?"

(i seen "yesterday" in the thread list and missed 5-03-17 in last active)

i know the thread im linking is old but its a rather detailed build guide for mechas
created by a professional
and hopefully can answer some questions till any better responses come to light

too bad its not in PDF, but you can save each image and referance them offline
or maybe capture them on your phone
or you can try to use adobe acrobat to create a PDF (though i dont know about how)
