Okay, yesterday - May 13, 2018 - was not only Mother's Day but my father's birthday as well. To celebrate, we went and ate out at Olive Garden. The problem was, though I had eaten before we went, I still ended up eating a lot of food. My total Cal. Amount that day was about 5000 Calories. So yeah, I really fell off my diet yesterday.
So today, I am picking myself up and trying to get myself back on track. Other than watch my portion control next time, are there any good tips and advice that I can get so I don't end up eating so many calories and then spending the rest of the week trying to burn all of it off?
I usually try to eat less the next day, but I don't know if that's safe or not. Today's total calorie in-take - as of right now - is 1260 Calories.
