Okay guys, so I'm finally going to cosplay Ciel, who has been my dream cosplay for about three years. But, I'm 5'10 and I will be wearing heels, making me around six feet tall. Would it be frowned upon to cosplay Ciel if I am so much taller than him? I'm just really self conscious about this. Also, I am a guy if that makes a difference and my face is more similar to that of Ciel than it is to Sebastian or any of the taller male Kuro characters.

Pretty much anyone will tell you to go for it. If that's the character you want to be, don't let your height stop you. If you want to pose for pictures with others, have them stand while you are sitting or do some photo manipulation tricks to make it look like you are shorter. And if you really are worried about your height, you can just say you are Ciel when he gets older, like he hit a growth spurt or something^^

I cosplayed as Sebastian and I'm like 4"11'. Everyone thought it was adorable so I don't think a tall Ciel would be hated.. XD;
But yeah, like everyone else is saying. If you love the character just go for it.

My friend is 5'8, and 5'11 with the heels, and she's an awesome Ciel. Yes, our Sebastian is a bit shorter than her, but it doesn't really matter.

So go for it! I think it'd be awesome~!
