Does anyone no any good manga and/or anime about a juvenile delinquent or gangster in the making? I can't find any. Plz help me!

.... just curious but why would you want manga like that? most manga is based in japan and they're not as "gangster" as we are here in the states. maybe GTO but i seriously doubt you'll find something like that

Depends on what you're looking for. I dunno how you can't find anything - delinquents are everywhere:

Shounen: Air Gear, Ikkitousen, Yu Yu Hakusho, Yu-Gi-Oh!
Comedy: Sakigate!! Cromartie High, GTO: Shonan Junai Gumi

but if you mean by american gangs... they're bad in my town and believe me.. i'm sure there's nothing as realistic as that in manga..... ive read air gear and its tame to what ive seen.. seriously

America isn't the only place with violence. The Yakuza just have a more refined method of operating. Watch Ichi the Killer. Tell me that shit isn't crazy. As for my experience well it's like that other guy said, I'm trying to change that part of my life. I'm pretty sure I filled my lifetime quota on being in handcuffs.

As for the anime... Yuu Yuu Hakusho is old, but one of the best. It paved the way for every delinquent anime you see today. GTO is pretty good although I haven't finished it. Tenjou Tenge, Ikki Toussen, Cromartie High School (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) are all pretty decent ones. Akira is badass. It's about a biker gang in post apocalyptic Japan, and if you haven't seen it then you must. Initial D has some delinquent aspects to it.

I don't think this really qualifies, or if it's even relevant, but I always laughed about Naruto's pranks in the beginning episodes where he vandalized everything. It kind of reminded me of me when I was that age.

You might like to watch Jormungand and Black Lagoon. Both have an organized crime element to them but at time you think of turf wars.
