Cosplay Progress 2013
Just wondering if anyone has started... I am thinking about starting soon because I am going to used the same cosplays for Con-G. Might need some help with construction....

I am. XD Well sort of. I'm currently planning out Marie from P4 and I'm going to be buying a wig for her at the con I'm going to next week. After that, it's pretty much work on stuff for next year.

haa, funny story about one of my cosplays (Mayoi [bakemonogatari]) actually.
a friend of mine made the skirt (and MAYBE the backpack. i actually have no clue at this point) but had to hand it to me at AN. He forgot it at home though (along with a lot of other stuff he needed to give ppl. touche) and ran back to downtown toronto on saturday to get everything from his house. .... then he had to go to the ER because of bowel problems sometime during his travels .__. we didnt know that until one of us checked facebook because he had left his cellphone back at the hotel (apparently one of his friends gave him a cheese bagel on saturday for breakfast.. the poor kid is lactose-intolerant). anywho, yeah since the mayoi cosplay didnt debut at AN2012 (and since the hair accessories havnet been done either) that's ONE of my many cosplays for next AN :P or for apop. not sure yet.

Well I know I'm going to better the cosplay I did this year as it wasn't even 100% completed :3 But I'll be working on my KOS MOS v.1 outfit some more but I also wanted to do another. Problem is I have too many ideas >.< I was considering Midna's true form from Zelda, Lenneth from Valkyrie Profile, or even something simple like Bad Launch from Dragon Ball~ XD

Ahahaha oh dear, I think I know what I'm doing now for next year lmao xD If that's the case then I definitely need to start it now because I wouldn't want to do this cosplay wrong. I'm pretty sure Midna would smack me if that was the case lol

Mwhahaha Excellent! Love peer pressure eh? I got pressured into making Yuna's wedding dress... Does anyone know where to get a large amount of feathers AND how to attach them to the dress...?

Research and development phase (finding new materials, making sketches, planning how I will go about making it). I will finish this one sooner than my last ones so the end result wont be so sloppy; I always end up doing the bulk of the work three weeks before the con and I end up rushing.

lol can't really help you out with the feather thing though bahahah Good luck with that xD@gek0 I know what you mean, my cosplay this year was 'finished' on Friday, the day of the con :S I really need to stop procrastinating so much lol |

Yes... Figured out the dress part but not the feathers yet... I was thinking of sewing them by hand....
