Talking Help a desperate makeup n00b?

Yay. Cosplay.
My first one is definitely going to be Ryou Bakura (as I've exhausted most of my funds on his wig already) and I'm having trouble with the eye makeup.

As you see, his bottom and top eyelashes flick out prominently at the end. They're also very dark. I should be able to achieve this with mascara and eyeliner, but because I'm trying to crossplay, I don't want to look like I'm ultimately failing at it. I'm really not sure how to apply the makeup so I look good but not overtly feminine (although, he's obviously not the most masculine character around).

I also need to know whether I should leave my eyebrows be or somehow make them white. First of all, I don't know how I'd achieve this- secondly, it might just look weird. However, the character does have white eyebrows as well as white hair.

Help?

Edit: BAH. Replaced the link.

search for threads on changing the eybrow color. white eybrows would look wierd though so i would suggest a silvery gray tone.

with the lashes i guess just draw it with eyeliner. kinda like a winged eye but on the bottom. and pretty much only apparent on the little wing part! and a thin line for the rest of the eye.

Just practice until you think it looks good. I would use black pencil eyeliner to line the bottom lids, then use liquid to make a little wing at the end. For the top, I would use liquid to line the entire top, including the little wing.

for the bottom eyelash, just draw it with eyeliner and put some mascara over that part.

You would do that with your eyebrows...but I dont suggest it :/ Most cosplayers I've seen dont dye their eyebrows and it looks just as good. I do suggest however to get your eyebrows waxed/thinned if it isnt already so it'll look evened out with the appearance.
