So... you have a budget of $75 for each? Most well-made body suit type costumes are in the $300 range. These are custom designs that were made by someone on DA as fanart and you're looking to have them custom made (because really, they wouldn't be in any store), you have to consider the costs of fabrics, threads, zippers, paints, buckles, clay/resin/whatever materials needed for the mask and paopu fruit buckle, etc. Sometimes there are extra material costs for sizes large and up. Not only material costs, but you have to take into account labor costs and shipping costs.

You have an unrealistic budget for the cosplays. You have to understand this concept. No one in their right mind is going to do this for what your budget is.

I think you're better off buying the zentai suits, modifying them, buying some gloves and trying to make the masks yourself out of craft foam or something.
