Chris Redfield Reference Assist
Okay to start I hate doing this but I need help finding reference pics. I used to have a bunch of good pictures of Chris's STARS outfit from Resident Evil 5. Problem is they were all on my old laptop and it's completely dead (like fell from a balcony dead) and I lost them all. I'm redoing the cosplay as I'm beginning to workout and need to resize it and want to improve the accuracy of it in the process. I've been trying to find them all online again but I can't seem to find any good high quality shots. Most are either to blurry or far out to really see any detail. If anyone could help me get some pics I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Thanks for those but I was actually looking for the STARS outfit you can unlock in RE5. It's his outfit from the first game but since RE5 has higher graphics I can see more details then in the 2002 REmake. But the site did give me some great shots for the other outfit variants I want to do at some point so thanks for pointing it out.

It's the same outfit. The only differences are the shirt is changed to a BDU shirt instead of a t-shirt, the added earpiece/radio/radio pouch set, and the webbing on his vest is changed to black instead of olive.

Alright thanks. I knew there were only minor changes to the outfit but I'm making the vest from scratch and I'm so OCD about getting the details right. Figure if I'm gonna take the time to redo my cosplay I should take the time and make it as accurate as I can.

You wouldn't happen to know the type or model his sheath is for the knife would you? I made one with cardboard and paint because I couldn't find one in time for the con I was doing at the time but now I'd like to try and find a nicer one if I can.

His knife sheath is custom, as is his knife. There are some knives that are close to his in appearance, but an exact accurate one would need to be custom.
His sheath is made out of brown leather (probably cowhide or a similar beltweight leather). If you don't have the tools to work with real leather, the best thing to do would be to find some good looking brown faux leather and sew it.

Yeah probably gonna have to go the faux leather route. It will at least be a step better then painted cardboard.
