I'm trying to lose weight so that I could boldly cosplay the likes of Luchia Nanami - as well as wear miniskirts and look good with over-knee socks on! <3
It's pretty much only my thighs that need trimming though.. I really would love a pair of slender legs but at the same time I know, that even if I miraculously managed to lose the weight I'm planning to - it's going to come off at the expense of non-existant chest. T^T
Well, to be honest I'm not really doing anything amazingly special in order to reach my goal, just continuing eating what I always have been eating, just really keeping an eye on my sugar intake and calories this time round. I'm a little bit of a food-freak, so munching healthy stuff isn't a problem.
As recently as two days ago I decided to try out one of the training programs recommended in this forum and so far I can feel the exercises working.. as most of my muscles are really
sore despite of stretching. I'm in a really bad condition, must admit. Haven't practically done anything during the past two years, not since I had to quit karate due to moving. So now I'm planning to stick to the training program along with WiiFit, which also appeared in the house not that long ago. Suddenly made me play Wii much more, and I hope that it'll continue doing so. *-*
