Fun Exercise

I feel exercise is too synonymous with torture, so I thought we could compile a list of exercises which could be considered fun. What exercises do you enjoy?
I like ddr, learning dances from animes and hula hoop (as I have the soul of a 3 year old).

I actually really enjoy lifting heavy things. That and I do parkour, which is quite a lot of fun. Landed my first backflip the other day.

I second poi as a circus teacher! Don't feel you have to go and invest in a pair either, they're quite easy to make if you scout about the internet for tutorials

Hiking and beach running for me! Also swimming and cycling, which I consider fun, but probably isn't for everyone.

I think for running and cycling, it can be boring when you're in the gym, but fun and interesting if you do it in a good location.

This haha. Don't think it's silly, the beat and spirit of the song really gets me (people) up and moving.

For me, dancing and martial arts. Also, just having random running races with friends, like, "Hey, I'll race you~"

I enjoy walking more than anything. If I had the time for it I could probably walk at least 5 miles a day.

When I was in college and then worked night shift I was really into step aerobics and cardio kickboxing. Zumba wasn't huge at the time or else I would have been all over that. I don't have time for classes anymore but I occasionally do Zumba on the Wii.

I burn most of my calories by running. Not gonna lie...I hate running and I still haven't met a person who was slower than me and still called themselves a runner. But I like to race casually and do 5K/10K/half-marathons with my siblings (we all run) and friends. But I don't like running for it's own sake I have to keep signing myself up for races in order to keep at it.

This year has been a big year for Disney races. I have to get my coast-to-coast and that one full marathon under my belt before my kid can no longer go to Disney for free.

Crossfit.... well if you are competitive. Most crossfit gyms have a mandatory write your time/score down for everyone to see. So if you are competitive that is good because you can identify your rival and always see your improvements.

For me the fun comes after I finish working out. When all the various body chemicals start kicking in and I start to feel good and happy... sometimes delusional.

I personally find working out to be fun even if it can hurt from time to time. Especially when people take note to all your progress.

Martial Arts. Got really lucky and training in a wide variety of styles. What's more, my fiance got in the mix and just had a nerd-gasm when she saw Kora do some of the Bagua we've been learning. Time spent training is probably the most fun I have during the day, so much so it's interrupting my gaming time >_<;
