Please critique my version of a Hoshi no Tama

Alright, after digging around and finding a set of black fox ears I bought, I finally decided to do my Kitsune cosplay and get a working Hoshi no Tama.

The ears were bought at an anime convention with the large silver hoop in the ear - a request. The jump rings are purchased, and the bicone bead, bell, and glass pearl are scraps.

Let me know what you think? It's been awhile since I did jewelry, so any advice on how to prove would be wonderful...

Is that supposed to be a full picture of the costume, or just the ears? Because the first link...is part of one ear, I think. It's a tad blurry.

There is nothing to critique... there is a blurry photo and an article about foxes.
