LOL! it looks like she's wearing a small petticoat to make her hips look rounder like the art XD maybe its just the shape of the dress though. ^_^;;

The little kid Cloud & Tifa are from the Nibelheim flashbacks, where they made the promise at the well. ^^

I would say the Freya cosplayer is wearing a wig.

There was this Aussie cosplayer once who cosplayed Freya who looked awesome, she had a really cool mask too, so she looked like a rat!
