Hello, I'm looking to make a D.gray man cosplay for Allen Walker, I can't figure out how to do the uniform to make it look good. Any one have tips or a website that has tips???

Also I'm working on Ed's auto mail arm and im almost done, I made it out of foam and now I need to make it hard and paint it. I thought about using fiber-glass resin (sp) and then painting it, but I read on the net that it may eat away at the foam, any idea's??

you can coat the foam with a latex based paint then use a resin to get a nice hard finish, then repaint it if you want.
