I need help and tips on how to make Lana's costume

tiara, gauntlets, earings, found the perfect blue boots on cosplay's store and saving up for them(Woo!) necklace and gems for all these items.

any help or points in the right direction would be great.

i dont have a tool workshop and have mild talent in prop making.

Woo hoo! (dances) Capt N! ^_^ I've been wanting to do Kevin for a while. So you basically need help with the armor and jewelery? If you wanted to go heavy duty you could try a polysterene on craft foam method, but I think since these are so small you could even go with a cloth covered craft foam method or even just stiffened cloth. For the jewlery, you could check a bead shop for gems that size, but they're probably expensive, so I'm going to suggest paperclay.
