I wouldn't go for flat, but you can certainly help make them less noticable. I have DD's, and I find that the best thing you can do is lean back as far as you can while wearing a tight sports bra, use ace bandages and sports tape.
I found that using sports tape directly on the skin was helpful for keeping the breasts apart so they didn't compress into a lump in the center of your chest (pressure from the ace bandages on the sides can do this), but I had some skin ripping incidens because I left it on all day despite feeling warning pinches, and didn't use hot water to take it off (it was my first time binding). As for the sports bra to where under the Ace Bandages, I've heard the best info from the Title 9 "frog bra" (just google it). I'm going to get one myself and try it out, but the majority of the compression is going to come from the Ace bandages. |

I normally wouldn't have a good answer for a thread like this, but I just recently saw The Pacifier. It's a movie where Vin Diesel(sp?) is protecting a bunch of kids. (I do have a point in here....)As anyone who's seen him knows he has a seriously build upper body and in one scene the little girl starts asking him questions like "Why do you have boobs?" and "Do you wear a bra?" My belabored point being maybe you could squish them down and make them look like built pecs. Depending on your character that might also look really strange, but it's an idea I haven't heard here before.

Kind of ironic, that sounds like a perfect anime girl's figure, at least for some of the shows I've been looking at lately. Whatever you end up trying, especially if you go as flat as you can, play around ahead of time, make sure you can breathe easily and be comfortable for the expected length of time you'll wear the binding.
