Anyone knows a site which sells Wizard costumes from Angelic Layer??? or a good commision site?

For a Wizard? The only places I've seen people selling that one is on ebay or on Japanese cosplay sites. That's a costume I think you are better off making yourself so it fits in the right places. That's what my group is doing for Otakon, all our angels are being made by us hopefully.

You might want to ask Setsuna Kou. She'll make any costume you like, and her prices are some of the lowest I've seen so far. Here's her web site:
