There's a pattern for Belldandy's dress available from Faerie Fingers at http://www.faerie-fingers.com - it's expensive, and definitely not for beginning sewers, but if you need a pattern it includes just about everything you need. I used it with some modifications to make mine.

Check out the ones I am selling from my shop on www.angelicstar.net
You can view some images of the original ones here:

Picture of beautiful Michelle who bought my ears and hairbeads:

(Soooo pretty! *_*)
And here is the info taken from the shop:
Currently AngelicStar.net is offering unpainted Chii ears and hair beads for sale.

They are hard plastic and made from a mold so each will look exactly the same, mounted on a wide headband with screws, to be worn underneath the Chii wig. I can wear mine for hours at a time without being uncomfortable.

Your personal pair will come in perfect condition, unpainted, sanded, and mounted on a headband, and also give you simple instructions on painting them yourself.
The ears will be $35, the hairbeads $15. Shipping and Handling for them will be $10 (due to the size and weight of the package). Please email me for more info, questions, and orders. You can pay me via Paypal (yaya@angelicstar.net), money order, or check.
A gallery of past customers will be available for viewing soon. The ears I have sold have been entered in multiple costume contests across the country and won multiple awards as well. They are of the highest quality and will last you a life-time.

Hope this helps ^_^

Since you are strapped for time, here is a quick fix for your Chii ears. First off, you need to buy some Crayola Model Magic in white and either a clear or blond headband. Make sure the headband fits all the way around your head; I made the mistake of buying a children's headband and my first Chii ears sat way above my natural ears.

You can easily sculpt the Model Magic into Chii's signature ear shape. Smooth down any edges with your fingers and you can also use a wet brush to help "work" the Model Magic if it starts to dry up. I just used a plastic knife to create the "crease" (line separating pink & white sections) and the "button" shape (on the white section of her ears). I let the ears dry for several hours and I painted the sections white and pink. I glued the ears onto the headband with some epoxy but any heavy-duty glue should work. Hot glue will not hold the ears on for more than a couple of hours!

To make the hair beads, I molded the Model Magic around a pencil into the shape of the hair beads and also let it dry; paint afterwards. It'll take some gentle effort but the beads will slide off the pencil shaft with some delicate but firm handiwork. The beads should now have enough space to slide up a lock of hair; they'll stay in place if you bind that lock of hair in place with one of those tiny rubber bands.

Good luck!

If you later decide to invest in some nice ears, check out http://www.genkigang.com or http://www.firefly-path.com
