I'm working on my list of fav cosplays and shoutouts and I'll post that soon

But what about everyone else? Favourite cosplays, shoutouts etc!

I really liked the cute little Mithra girl who had the little top and the braid.

Didn't catch her name. >_>; But I believe I told her she was cute like five times.

Oh yeah! And the Sophie, older Sophie, and Howl group! : ) They were teh smexy.

Thank you! We hope to have Turnip Head as well next year!

And speaking of smexy...you were too!

That Xxxholic/Tsubasa group was AMAZING. Those were easily my favorite hall costumes of the weekend.

And though I missed the masquerade and most of the costumes in it, I really enjoyed what I saw of the Catherine Sforza (Trinity Blood).

And, for sheer amusement, "300" cosplay.

If I came to AD on a Friday and registered before anyone else could have, I would have caught sight of a cosplayer and choose my favorite costume! BUT NOO!!!! NO!!!!! They had to have run out! WAHHHH!!! TT_TT My parents let me go... it's just that we came on a Saturday. V_V;; By saturday, they didn't let anymore on-site registeration! *runs around crazy*

But I'm sure that everyone's costumes were great!

I just saw the Tsubasa/xxxHolic group for like two seconds while I was going into a panel...and the costumes looked gorgeous.

Ohh, I'm so sorry! u_u That sucks. But hey, next year will be fun, too. But for sure everyone's gonna have to pre-reg! I heard that they're expecting to completely sell out next year just in pre-registrations..

Well, I saw someone with a Guy Fawkes mask, so that had to be one of my favourites, seeing as I'm a part time /b/tard.

My fav costumes and shoutouts at Detour had to be:

Twilight Clover's BoF II group. I have to admit that MC in the room was tough on you guys at first. When you guys walked in and immediately she went crazy. Glad you guys got in the contest though.

Ushop- Because the guy was hilarious to talk to at the green room and stayed in character so well. He kept lying and making up stories too.

Xemnes- Sweet cosplay from the final boss encounter.

Gradis' Trinity Blood cosplay was so amazing,

To be fair, they had missed their rehersal time and workmanship judging. We'd told people at orientation that you couldn't be late to those and still go on stage. But they had a valid reason so we let them on. I'm glad they got to compete, too.

My favorites were:
The Breath of Fire II group. I was watching from my hotel room when they walked up on stage and I was excited then, but when I went to take pictures...I was pretty much in awe.

I have to echo cleverramble about CloakedSchemer's Grimmjow costume. Your picture doesn't do it justice.

Every single person who was dressed up in a fursuit or something like that. I was getting warm just being in my shinigami costume, I'm sure they were roasting in theirs. Kudos. ^_^

This pose by the twins that went as Ichigo and Shirosaki: http://images.cosplay.com/showphoto.php?photo=1029505
It reminded me so much of the watercolor I was working on before Detour (honest!!): http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/51908098/

The Las Noches Breakfast was awesome. ^_^

Finally, thanks to everyone who came to the Bleach panel. We did our best, even though we really didn't have anything planned.

Oh, totally! XD I was in an antipill fleece bodysuit all Saturday, and believe me when I say it gets real hot fast, but it must of been extremely hot in fursuits, especially with a head on.

I loved most of the cosplays I saw, but I liked all the Kingdom Hearts ones. And the two who were Allen and Lenalee from D. Gray-Man. Those made my day.
