Sooooo it seems I'll be going to a rock show on halloween night as Mother Gothel.... XD! I'm trying to find black velvet in my local markets to make her cape for it so I dont need a jacket lol. This.... should be interesting!

Hey guys!
A friend of mine is cosplaying Belle in her pink "something there" dress and is stumped on her cloak.... because its the two layered one, she doesn't know how to make it without getting nasty seam lines down the front. Now I'm sure I've seen some of you make that cape before with that dress... so can anyone help?

So I had to share my news. My dream cosplay has always been Belle's ball gown, but I have needed to find the right fabric. Not being fond of yellow, I wanted to go the gold route and have been keeping an eye out for the perfect fabric. This week I found it. I know I should be working on one of the many other costumes on my list, but I'm so excited about this that I might start on it first.
