Oh hello everyone *waves*. Metanoia told me there was the new Aussie section, so I thought I would stop lurking and actually post. I finally updated my profile with a couple of costumes too, finally! lol

I'm in Adelaide too, but I make the trek to the Supanova conventions now. I'll be attending AVCon, and Sydney Supanova, and hopefully Brisbane Supanova next year

I went to Brisbane Supanova and had a fantastic time. Everyone up in Brissyland was so friendly.

I am hoping to get over to manifest and possibly sydney supanova too, but we will see how my funds go.

I will definately be at AVCon

Ah u can come with me i was ment to go to supanova but then it changed to Momocon and then Anime Expo XD but i have to much things happened this year and then i desided that i want to go back to WellyGeddon next yr so i wont have the money but i really gotta get over to a new con.

Ooh awesome! I better start saving more then..
It does suck with only Armageddon as our only "convention" so we must broaden to bigger variaty! (Though I want to go to Anime Expo too:P)

I hail from Canberra, haven't been to a con in three-very soon to be four years.
I'm suffering withdrawl and developing a habit of cosplaying on the streets because I can't get a job and lack funds to attend cons since they killed anime.au.

I'm starting to seriously consider getting people to comission weapons from me since no one will hire me for a regular job (it's almost insulting being rejected by mcdonalds, KFC and hungry jacks) so I may attend some of the Sydney and Melbourne cons
