Jpop video room?
Hi everyone!
I was throwing this idea around with Mekou last year after NAF, but I wasn't sure that anyone would go for it. As I've been prodded recently about it, I thought I should poll people and see how interested people would be in a room playing nothing but Japanese concerts all weekend, or even just a few choice concerts in a video room somewhere over the course of the con. As far as I know, no other con (at least locally) is/has done the same kind of thing, so I thought that perhaps this could be a neat thing specifically for NAF. ^_^ From my own personal collection I have: Ayumi Hamasaki (11+ different concert videos) Utada Hikaru (1) Koda Kumi (2 different videos) Namie Amuro (2 different videos) BoA (1) Misia (2 different videos) Hitomi (1) Personally, all I have is female artists, but I have friends who have J-boy bands, and another friend who could probably find other videos if people had specific requests. Also, I know a lot of people seem to be more into jrock than jpop, but I don't collect those kinds of videos, so if people have some and would like to make the video room more "j-music" than just jpop I'm totally cool with that.
