Boot Covers?
Er...I was wondering if anyone knew a good place for a tutorial on making boot covers? Heh...I've never made 'em..er...but they look kinda hard. Any help would GREAT!

They had one on METHOD Cosplay, but that particular tutorial has been down for awhile...
