help with sticky spray paint

Im using the krylon fusion paint for several vinyl parts of my costume and while the paint doesnt seem to crack it is very sticky, even after several hours after painting. Is there anything I can do to make it not so sticky?

Yes, Krylon fusion paint is sticky several hours after application. It takes at least a day for that stickiness to go away, but it eventually does and looks fantastic. I can't be more exact than this because the only time I used it, I was annoyed with the stickiness and promptly forgot the project for a few days.

After I spray paint for wood, I'd lacquer it. I'm not sure if the same can be applied for vinyl though...
