I look masculine from certain angles...having inherited my father's facial structure. And I can't smile...because then I look girly again.

Hah, no way...I'm not attractive in the least, but I do look feminine. Especially my figure. ><; Though I should be grateful that I have the envied "hourglass".

Until I started crossplaying, I never thought of myself as particularly androgynous. But I've had several people think I was a young man while in costume, both from photos and at conventions...even had a girl stalk me for a bit until I spoke to her and she realised I was a 'she' heheh.

I have a very 'young', girlish face...so I'm convinced it's my chest-bound body that throws people, (tall-ish, narrow hips). And my hands. The old 'hand check' trick doesn't work too well when people try to discern my gender; my hands are broad, long fingered and short-nailed.

Heheh...I have androgynous hands!

I really do feel like I have an androgynous look. I get mistaken for a boy at times.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...mba/blonde.jpg This was about two years ago, so the hair style really doesn't apply anymore, but yeah...that picture definitely shows how androgynous I look most of the time.

http://images.cosplay.com/showphoto.php?photo=989154 Luc is a good costume to be androgynous in...

I, personally, don't think I look very androgynous (long hair, fairly wide hips, girl-ish face), but apparently I do as I've been mistaken for a young man several times, but rarely at cons. Mostly when I'm messing with people and talking in a silly British accent (which also fools people) or at the mall. It could just be 'cause I don't act very much like the steriotypical female. *shrug*

I think I really do have a boyish look about me. A rather bit of a feminine boy anyway. Well...in my face really, which is why I feel more comfortable in crossplay. Most of my past cosplays have been male, though I haven't posted them up here since I never got to take pictures (I may throw them on and do so someday XD). My body likes to disagree with that however. I have the "hourglass" figure. lol. I think I make a pretty cute boy at least.

I hacked all my hair off, and hardly anyone can tell nowadays.

http://fc01.deviantart.com/fs14/f/20...kus_nobody.jpg

I'm flat as a board chestwise (I don't even fill in an A cup), my voice is pretty low for a girl's, I walk like a guy for the most part...the only way one can tell is if I dress like a girl...

...I get called 'sir' a lot.

Actually, this is as close to 'feminine' as I usually get unless I'm at work since all of my jeans and most of my shirts are hand-me-downs from my little brother. My hair's grown out a bit more now, but it's getting lopped off again as soon as I get my next paycheck.

Now that I've dyed a chunk of my hair, and begun to let it grow out, I would think I'm beginning to look girlier, but just the other day, someone called me 'Sir' in the snack cupboard in my college. XD I was crushed, and mildly amused. I don't really identify with either gender, but I was so proud to have a bra that pushed everything up and forward.... But it wasn't enough.

I can point out parts of me that scream 'MAN!' and parts that say 'Woman, duh.' It's a little irritating, because each one negates the other. I have broad shoulders and a flat, manly butt, (XD) but curvy legs and womanly arms. What does everyone else think?

Well...my face certainly seems so. When in costume and such I get asked quite a bit! ^^

I was told when that I could pull off having an androgynous look. But I was wondering what you guys thought? My pic is my avatar, I have no better ones at the moment.

I'm not sure if I'm 'fortunate' or not.
My friends tell me I can pull off either gender fairly accurately. --;

I get mistaken for a girl almost CONSTANTLY, and then when I correct people on it, I get a ".... :O REALLY?!" Like I would have lied about it. XD I take pictures at frightening angles buuut let me try and find one.

http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f3...fer/hgf009.jpg

This one isn't too bad, I don't think. Again, weird angle. Note the lack of boobage. ahaha.
