Red swirly patch help

Hey, I tried this in the anime manga under the naruto cosplay thread but I keep getting ignored.... I need some help finding the large swirly pattern on the back of Naruto's jacket. All the patches I've been able to find are the smaller 3" arm patches. Does anyone know where to get the larger one? Or would I have to make it myself.

Since it's just a circle, I'd suggest just making your own. An applique wouldn't be too hard if you have moderate sewing skills and a decent machine. Or do something simple like use a non-fray glue or lightweight interfacing with red fabric and fabric paint for the swirly.
